Delivery will be made on day requested or the next available day.
Delivery will be made anytime after 11am to 6pm as they are made up fresh on the day.
Our packing
All our soft produce is packed in brown recycled paper bags. Then all produce is then packed into our 100% degradable carrier bags.
Our bags for life are made from a zero carbon company.
How we provide our service
We put all shopping bags in plastic crates and stand over 2metres back when make the delivery so you can take your shopping with no contact made.
We sanitise before and after every delivery.
Returns policy
Any concerns should be raised within 24hours of receiving produce.
So we can try to exchange the produce and that then will enable us to take it back to our suppliers and get a refund, or will issue a refund on the price of the individual item.
